The Monoblock as name indicates is a combination of both Rotary Filling & Rotary Capping Machine. Cap Feeder automatically feed caps on to neck of bottles after filling and before capping.
Benefit :
  1. Less space required.
  2. One operator for both operation i.e, filing & sealing.
  3. Low cost.
  4. Low consumption of power.
  5. No chance of foreign particles in the bottles as there is no travel of bottles between filling and sealing.
